Toshiba End of Life Products

July 2009

T0001B External Relay Interface
The External Relay Interface (part number T0001B) has gone end-of-life as of 22nd June 2009. This means that no parts are available for new sales, spares or repair, and no support is available from Toshiba BCD.  However, Working Telecoms will continue to support this product using refurbished equipment until further notice.

End-customers should be contacted to notify them of the change of status. As there is no alternative from Toshiba, customers would need to source a new solution if they wish to replace.  Contact Working Telecoms for further details.

DKT3000 and IPT1020F-SD Update
The DKT3000 and IPT1020F-SD featurephones and associated products were due to go end-of-life at the end of March 2009. We are pleased to report that they have decided to extend the Technical Support phase for these products, and they will now go end-of-life at the end of 2009.

Working Telecoms will continue to support these products using refurbished equipment until further notice.
